When will my order ship?
Upon receiving your orders, we do all mail out by 2 Work Days. All orders from Singapore will be done via Smartpac from Singpost. A Tracking number and tracking details will be sent to you via your registered email with Tresory. With Smartpac, all delivery will be sent to your letterbox.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via Speedpost, a service by Singpost. Packages may takes 2-12 working days for Delivery.

What is your jewelry made of?
Our Jewelry are made from Korea, 18K Gold Plated. All our jewelry is Nickel, Lead and Cadmium free. It is Hypoallergenic and suitable for Sensitive Skin too!
Will I be able to buy sold out products?
Yes. You may email us at Info@trestory.store to preorder the product that you're interested in!
How should I clean and care for my jewelry?
You may clean your jewelry with mild/gentle soap to remove sweat and grime, then completely dry it with a soft cloth. When not wearing your jewelry, store it in a cool and dry place. Do avoid chemicals and perfumes.
Do you accept returns?
We have a 30 Days, No Question Asked Returns. All refunds will be given via Store Credits.
Returns will be valid if:
- Jewellery item(s) is in original unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage.
- Jewellery item(s) with its original packaging (jewellery pouch or box, excluding the shipping box) that it came with.
- Jewellery item(s) that is not on Sale.
Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, we will reserve the right to deny a return request and have the item(s) returned to customers. Shipping charges to be borne by the customer.
How do I proceed with returns/exchange?
Simply drop us an email with an image of your item and we will get back to you within 2 working days. Once we have processed your request and checked that the item you'd like to exchange for is available, you may proceed to return your item to us.
Will you cover my return shipping cost?
Unfortunately, we will not be covering any shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We recommend using a mode of shipping that is trackable on your end as we will not be liable for lost packages.
I received a damaged product / wrong item, how do I proceed?
In the unlikely event that damage occurred due to postal handling or a wrong item has been sent to you, we will offer a free replacement for your item. Simply pop by our store for a 1 to 1 exchange or email us with an image of your item and we will take care of the rest.
Do you do refunds?
Yes, we will be able to process a refund in store-credits. Store credits do not expire and a unique code will be sent to you via email so you will always have it on hand.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refunds by cash.
Do you do repairs?
Yes, we do. We have lifetime repairs for all disconnected chains and findings (i.e. jump rings, clasps). For lost pendants or gemstones, it will depend if we still have it available. If we do, we will be able to replace it for you at a small cost.
If you would like to replace your chains, we will be able to do that for you for a small cost of $15 to cover the cost of materials and to pay a small cut to our crafters for the repair
